Snow Day?

Decided to stay home today.  We are supposed to get lots of snow but apparently it's not supposed to start until about 6pm and by the end of tomorrow we are going to get 20cm.  We really need more snow-NOT!!!
So this is what I did this afternoon.
Boursin garlic and herb cheese and asparagus tart

Sausage rolls.
We'll be having some of each for supper with home made chicken rice soup. Mmm delicious!

  1. Bousin and Leek sounds like a delicious combination when it's snowy and freezing outside. Jx

  2. They look delicious. Hope you don't get the anticipated snow, it appears to be treacherous everywhere.

    1. I'm afraid we did get the snow. I've just come in from shoveling 8" of the stuff and we are to get that much again today and the same tomorrow!!!

  4. Is it just a case of spreading Boursin, popping on the asparagus and into the oven? Looks delicious.

    1. Yes, it was as easy as that. Oh, and I also sprinkled a little Italian 4 cheese mix on top. Sometimes I have a jar of caramelized onions and I add a little of that but I didn't have any this time.

  5. Has the snow gone yet? I can't believe they've had so much in the UK! Had to tell me 82 yr old father off for shovelling snow!
